 ​182 babies !! 

​154  (85%) were vaginal births

     of those 154 births: 

     28 were attempted VBAC births and 22 were successful (78%!)

     32% of our clients chose epidurals

     65% had no perineal or labial repair

     10.5% had first degree repair

​     11% had second degree repair

     3% had mid-line episiotomy

     2.5% had third or fourth degree repair

      2% had forceps assisted births

     29% had elective induction of labor (72% of those were medically necessary)

11 (6%) women underwent unplanned, unexpected Cesarean Birth

13  (7.1%) were planned repeat c/s, breech presentation or for medical indication  

​8 (4.4%) NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) admissions

   6 mandatory NICU admit for infant <36 weeks gestation.

2014 Statistics

 ​87 babies !! ​

78 (86%) were spontaneous vaginal births

     of those 78 births: 

     5 were attempted VBAC births and 5 were successful (100%!)

     32% of those clients chose epidurals

     43% had no perineal or labial repair

     40% had first degree repair

​     17% had second degree repair

     0% had third or fourth degree repair

     0 had forceps assisted births

8 (9%) women underwent unplanned, unexpected Cesarean Birth

5  (6%) were planned repeat c-section, breech presentation or for medical indication  

12 (14%) babies were born by cesarean section

     -5 babies who were planned c/s for repeat, breech, medical etc

      8% of our clients had an unplanned, unexpected cesarean birth

​5  (6%) NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) admissions

     1 planned admission for isoimmunization

     2 admitted at 35 + weeks (mandatory NICU admit for infants born <36 wk

     1 admitted for rule out sepsis due to low temperature.  

    1 admitted because of low blood sugars

     of those 167 births: 

     18 were attempted VBAC births and 14 were successful (78%!)

     24% of our clients chose epidurals

     50% had no perineal or labial repair

     26% had first degree repair

​     22% had second degree repair

     2% had third or fourth degree repair (two 3rd / one 4th)

     1% had forceps assisted birth

     20% had induction of labor (77% of those were medically necessary)

​       55% of the babies we caught in standing, squatting, hands/knees or birth seat

27 (12.7%) of women underwent unplanned, unexpected Cesarean Birth

 4 (1.8%) unsuccessful VBAC

14 (7%) were planned repeat c/s, breech presentation or for medical indication  

​13 (6%) NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) admissions
